Q: WHEN DO I RECEIVE MY GOWN?
A: Brides can expect to receive gowns without custom beading 2-3 months after measurements are received. Gowns with custom beading can take up to 4 months.
Q: HOW DO I PAY FOR MY GOWN?
A: Because we are a tech company, we take only digital forms of payment; credit, debit, and PayPal. All invoices will be sent by email.
Q: HOW DO I KNOW I WILL FIT THE GOWN?
A: Each gown is created based off of body measurements and draped to a digital avatar. As we try our best to ensure fit, all gowns must go through the alteration phase to make it absolutely perfect.
Q: WHEN IS THE LAST MOMENT I CAN MAKE A DESIGN CHANGE?
A: All design changes must be made prior to making the patterns. You can spend as long as you need revising sketches!
Q: HOW DO I KNOW WHICH FABRIC I WANT?
A: We will ship you samples of fabric during the design process!
Q: DO YOU HAVE OTHER COLOR OPTIONS BESIDES WHITE?
A: Yes! We have various color options in different silk fabrics!
Q: DO I HAVE TO PAY IN FULL?
A: We request full payment prior to starting the pattern-making process.
Q: DO I PAY A DEPOSIT?
A: All brides will be required to pay a non-refundable deposit of $100 before the sketching process begins.
